Tahun 2012 hanya tinggal hitungan hari. Seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya industri film Hollywood sudah bersiap-siap untuk memasarkan produksinya keseluruh dunia. mungkin butuh beberapa minggu atau bulan kemudian film-film tersebut bisa kita saksikan di Indonesia.
Tampaknya bioskop dunia pada tahun 2012 masih akan terus diramaikan dengan kehadiran dari para tokoh superhero. Mulai dari film Spider-man 3D yang diperankan Andrew Garfield sebagai Peter Parker, Nicholas Cage kembali menjadi Blaze Johnny di Ghost Rider, Christian Bale memerankan Batman / Bruce Wayne dalam The Dark Knight Rises. Dan Sekumpulan superhero di Avengers yang terdiri dari Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, dan beberapa superhero lainnya.
Tentu saja beberapa film lain yang layak untuk ditunggu seperti Tommy Lee Jones dan Will Smith dalam Men in Black III, GI Joe 2 yang diperankan Dwayne Johnson, Step Up 4, The Bourne Legacy meski tanpa Matt Damon, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days dan The Expendables 2. Untuk Film Animasi ada Madagaskar 3 dan sekuel keempat Ice Age: Continental Drift. tidak ketinggalan film dengan tema percintaan dan horor.
Beberapa film sudah hampir dipastikan kapan tanggal beredarnya, tetapi beberapa lagi masih menunggu kepastian tanggal atau bulannya.
